The Queens of Alhambra 2024
The Reinas de la Alhambra 2024, taking place on October 20, will feature 40 cyclists competing in a thrilling series of races across Granada. The event is structured in three stages: a speed race, an elimination race, and a final scratch race where the top 10 cyclists vie for victory. Riders such as Mavi García, who won the 2023 edition, and new competitors like Francesca Hinsley, an emerging British talent, are expected to showcase top-level performances alongside other international stars like Elisa Longo Borghini.
This race, while promoting elite competition, also seeks to inspire broader participation through initiatives like Women in Bike, designed to encourage women of all ages to get involved in cycling
